Everything we make available through this site — the website itself, our tools, and our services — is provided on an "as-is" basis. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or shut down any part of the service at any time, without advance notice and without owing you anything for doing so, including removing stored data either temporarily or permanently. We are not responsible if information is lost, delayed, recorded incorrectly, or delivered in a way you did not expect.

Using certain parts of our service, or buying anything from us, may require you to register an account. When you do, you agree to give us accurate information and to keep it that way. Registering also means accepting these Terms as they stand today, and as we may update them from time to time — the current version will always be posted here.

Any personal details you share with us when registering, or that we otherwise collect, are handled under our separate Privacy Policy, and any EA-related information falls under EA's own Data Policy. We take the responsibility of holding your information seriously and aim to keep it secure while giving you reasonable control over it.

Whether a refund is issued is entirely at BoostYourFUT's discretion. If your order has not been delivered within 48 hours of purchase, contact us for a status update or to ask about a refund. Once you have received confirmation that your order was delivered, that sale is final and refunds are no longer available. Any refund that is approved is reduced by 5% to cover the processing costs charged by our payment provider.

For 7 days following your most recent delivery, we stand behind it against market suspensions or coin removals. On the rare occasion this happens (historically well under 1% of orders), you may choose between a cash refund equal to half the order value or full store credit.

To be clear: your payment to BoostYourFUT covers our time, coordination work, and trading expertise — it is not a payment for any in-game currency, item, or other stored-value good. We are a service provider, not a seller of virtual goods.

You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for anything that happens under your account, whether or not you personally authorized it. If you ever suspect someone has accessed your account or password without permission, let us know right away.

By using this site, you understand you may come across content you find objectionable, and we are not liable for that content or for any errors or omissions in it. In using our website or services, you agree not to:

• Post or engage in anything unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise harmful, or anything designed to disrupt the site or introduce viruses or malicious code;
• Pretend to be someone else, misrepresent your connection to any person or organization, or disguise where content you submit actually came from;
• Scrape, harvest, or otherwise collect data about other users;
• Use the site or our services for spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or unsolicited advertising without our prior written consent;
• Submit content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other legal rights, or that could otherwise expose us to legal liability.

If a third party brings a claim or demand against us — including our related companies, staff, contractors, or partners — because of something you did, how you used our service, or a violation of these Terms or someone else's rights, you agree to cover the resulting costs, including reasonable legal fees.

You use our website and services entirely at your own risk. We provide everything "as is," without any promises — stated or implied — including any implied promise of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, virus-free, accurate, or reliable, or that any content is safe to download. Nothing we or anyone connected with our service tells you should be taken as professional advice, and relying on it is your own risk. Some jurisdictions do not allow these kinds of disclaimers, in which case this section applies to you only to the extent your local law permits.

To the extent the law allows, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill — arising from your use of (or inability to use) our service, from replacing goods or services purchased through us, from unauthorized access to your data, from the actions of other users, or from anything else related to the service, even if we were told such damages were possible. Where local law does not allow these limits, they may not apply to you.

We retain all rights we hold in our website, its content, and the services we provide — including any copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets. You need our written permission before using our property commercially or in any way beyond ordinary use of the site. Nothing here grants you a license or right to our intellectual property beyond what is needed to use the service normally.

These Terms, and any dispute connected to your use of our site or services, are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where BoostYourFUT is headquartered, regardless of conflict-of-law rules. By using our service, you agree that any legal proceedings will take place in the courts located where our headquarters sits.

If a court finds part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest still stands, and the unenforceable part will be read in a way that reflects what we originally intended, as closely as the law allows. If we do not act on a right we have under these Terms on one occasion, that does not mean we are giving it up going forward. Any claim related to our site or services must be filed within one year of when it arose, or it is permanently barred. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another party, which would release us from further obligation.

Coins, players, cards, packs, kits, badges, stadiums, and any other virtual items or digital content available through EA Sports FC, FIFA, or related titles ("In-Game Content") belong exclusively to Electronic Arts Inc. and its licensors. BoostYourFUT does not own, sell, or transfer title to any In-Game Content. What we sell is our time and coordination — matching players and handling the operational side of trades — not the underlying game assets, which remain EA's property at all times and stay subject to EA's own User Agreement, Terms of Service, and Positive Play Charter. Any license you hold to In-Game Content comes directly from Electronic Arts and cannot be passed along through anything we offer. BoostYourFUT is an independent operator with no affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement from Electronic Arts Inc. or its licensors. "EA SPORTS," "FIFA," "EA SPORTS FC," "FUT," and related marks belong to Electronic Arts Inc.; we reference them only to describe the games our services relate to.

Separately, we are not responsible for any action a game publisher takes against a buyer or seller — including account suspensions or removal of virtual items — as a result of using our service. Game content such as text, graphics, logos, and images displayed on our site remains the property of the relevant publisher or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright law.
